What is a hire agreement?
We have teamed up with one of the most reputable specialist finance companies to provide our clients with the most cost efficient means of computerising their business’s the benefits too, are many and include:
- Tax Deductible Payments: All the payments made under a lease are treated as an operating cost and therefore reduce the taxable profit of the business by 100% of the charges
- Leasing payments are fixed payments: All of our leases are on a fixed payment basis and remain constant irrespective of what happens to the bank base rates, which leads to accurate budgeting.
- No major upfront costs: there is no need for a major capital outlay ( a small deposit is required to secure your order) to acquire the new equipment. Then a small monthly outlay by direct debit is all that is required.
- Alternative funding source: By using leasing to acquire salon software and equipment, business owners protect their other lines of credit, such as loans or overdraft facilities and conserve any capital available.
- Pay as you earn: No large upfront costs with a lease means your can obtain the system and then experience the capitol savings or additional profits to pay the future lease rental.
What is the length of the hire agreement?
Typically it is 3 years, this gives the best overall value to our clients as this fixed rental term reduces the monthly premiums to an affordable level.
What happens at the end of the hire agreement?
You can do one of three things:
- Contact us, and arrange for the software and equipment to be upgraded to all new equipment and the latest version of the software. This includes a technician replacing all your equipment onsite and migrating all your software details to the new PC (this is a seamless software transfer and all your previous data will be available as before) and providing training on the day. (this would require you to start another lease hire agreement for another 3 years)
- You can make a small payment to the finance company (usually equivalent to one months rental) to purchase and own all the equipment and software.
- You can arrange for the collection of the equipment and software from the salon with no further commitment from you. (please note you will not be able to continue to use Salon Iris unless you purchase the software)
