Salon Iris can print mailing labels directly to gum label sheets or create a mail merge file that can be used with another program. The selection of which clients to print is very flexible. Just follow the steps below.
Step 1
Select the clients to print. In the example below, we have selected all clients. We also want to include only clients that have a birthday entered and a complete address.
Step 2
Select if you would like to include any purchase history information then what order you would like the clients to be printed.
Step 3
Decide if you would you like to print this list or save it to a file.
Step 4
Select what type of format you would like to print. If you are printing to Avery brand labels, simply select one of the 38 pre- defined format from Salon Iris. If you want to use a different format, click the 'Add' button. Salon Iris will ask you for some basic information about the format you are using (label size, number of columns, etc.). It's that easy! You can add as many custom label types as you like.
Step 5
Decide on the extra information to be printed on the gum labels. This makes it easier for your employees to look at a label, then include a personal message on the letter or card being sent to the client.
Step 6
You also have the option of printing only certain pages.
