I don’t have a Credit / Debit for my business; can I use my personal card?

Yes you can use your own Credit or Debit card to purchase our software.

 

I live outside the UK can I still buy the software on the Payment Plan scheme?

Sorry we currently are only able to provide this service to UK based companies.

 

I’m not sure I can afford the monthly repayments?

You must not enter into an agreement to purchase our software if you believe you may not be able to make your payments. On the monthly due date, our systems will attempt to deduct the payment from your card or bank account, if for whatever reason we are unable to do so we will attempt to contact you on the last know e-mail address & or telephone number you provided. If we cannot contact you or If no cleared funds become available within 14 (fourteen) days after the due date, Salon Iris ltd will cancel the agreement as stated in the Payment Plan agreement. No refunds will be made on previous payments made.

 

What happens if my card is lost / stolen or I change my card company or just want to stop paying you during the agreement?

You should contact our support team immediately your card is lost / stolen, or if you change card companies during the payment plan contract period. We will endeavour to assist you with another form of payment. I’m an IT consultant / IT company can I purchase the software on the Payment Plan scheme for resale?

Sorry, only retail customers can purchase our software on this scheme.

 

I’m a volume license purchaser & already receive a discount on my software; can I buy more software on this scheme with my volume discount?

Only retail sales are eligible for the Payment Plan, volume purchases on this scheme will be charged at the full rate.

 

Does the monthly premium include hardware?

The monthly premium is for the purchase of our software only & does not include any hardware.

 

Can I purchase hardware under this scheme?      

We currently do not have hardware in this scheme, all our hardware is heavily discounted for our customers & can be purchased individually or as part of a package at any time.

 

What is the minimum term for purchasing?

The minimum term for purchasing our software is 12 months

 

Why do I need to keep entering a new serial number every 30 days?

You need to enter this number every 30 days during the Payment Plan to ensure continued uninterrupted operation of the program. After Salon Iris ltd has received your final payment we will e-mail you your permanent serial number.
